This is a little poem I found on Goodreads by Washington Irving.
"A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity;
when friends desert us; when troubles thickens around us,
still she will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts
and counsels dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts."
God has so wonderfully blessed us with such a thing as a mother,
let us remember to bless and encourage our own special mum's today.....:)
