I hope everyone is enjoying this wonderful day:)
This is a little poem I found on Goodreads by Washington Irving.
"A mother is the truest friend we have, when trials heavy and sudden fall upon us; when adversity takes the place of prosperity;
when friends desert us; when troubles thickens around us,
still she will she cling to us, and endeavor by her kind precepts
and counsels dissipate the clouds of darkness, and cause peace to return to our hearts."
God has so wonderfully blessed us with such a thing as a mother,
let us remember to bless and encourage our own special mum's today.....:)

Seven days to Mothers day!
Everyday I would like to post some ideas to inspire you on the quest for the perfect mothers day gift:)
The on-the-go put together Mother:)
The perfume above was bought on a whim of mine, and has become not only my favorites but my mums:) The reason I bought this was because it was made in honor of Grace Kelly, who I admire very much:) She was a very classy and "graceful" woman.
Well goodnight lovelies:) The second season Sherlock is on tonight:)

Good Evening Lovlies:)
I haven't done anything special lately (it's been raining...again).
So there isn't much to write, except that I have been reading, reading and reading....:)
Oh, I am also training for a 5k in June with a friend:) You may be wondering how that is going? :p
It's been kind of slow...lol...I am out of shape;)
But I love to run, so I am going to push myself.
So I think I want to go get some coffee (to wake me out of this stupor), after I go check some more e-mails...
I hope you all have a lovely evening:)

“The Road Not Taken
Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
And sorry I could not travel both
And be one traveler, long I stood
And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;
Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,
And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.
I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”

Raspberry crumble and some pics:)
Today was another lovely day:)
I had a friend over and we finally took some pictures:)
I give her lessons on home economics....yeah I know what some of you may be thinking... ;)
Today we made this raspberry crumble (yum, I am eating one as I type)
This was taken on an I-touch so it is a little dark.
We went on a walk as well and had a lot of fun:)
Taylor, myself, and little sis Hannah:)
Taylor and myself:)
Taylor and me goofing off;)
We had a lovely time, but the sky was threatening to give way to it's tears:'( So we were not out long...
We went on to have a dance off, which consists of the Wii and some dance game....which slips my mind at the moment..
It will probably come to me when I log off;)
So I have to go get some laundry done... have a great day:D
<3 Moriah
P.S.
Oh! I almost forgot! I was sent this picture and I thought it was so totally awesome!
( BTW, I am a total Peeta fan.
FYI, Peeta is from the Hunger Games series, awesome! Truly.
So if you don't know what I am talking about or don't understand what this pic is about, you will just have to read the book;)
Also this was based off of Adele's song "Rolling in the deep".
This is the Chorus, so instead of
"We could of had it all
Rolling in the deep
You had my heart inside your hand
And you played it to the beat"
Lol! I got such a kick out of this:)
You can check it out on my new playlist below:]
P.P.S.
I <3 Peeta!!!!! Me and Peeta 4ever!!! XD

Falling...and babble of the like:)
Either the well was very deep, or she fell very slowly, for she had
plenty of time as she went down to look about her and to wonder what was
going to happen next….
~ Lewis Carrol
Chapter 1 ~ "Alice in Wonderland"
I have fallen a thousand years, and a thousand centuries have passed before I had awakened, to find myself still falling...
Today I chased a rabbit, and it did not lead me to a rabbit hole as one would expect. But I did so want to fall down a hole and end up in a wonderland all to myself ...
Maybe some of you feel this way....
....I know I certainly do....
Have a lovely day, and don't forget to dream:)

Freedom Ball & Fundraiser
"We love sharing stories about rebelutionaries making a difference.
That’s especially true when we believe that what they’re doing will
serve as a catalyst for other young people to do the same thing. Well,
this is one of those stories.
Consider this shocking fact: Every year in the United States, between
100,000 and 250,000 children are trafficked and sexually exploited.
Human trafficking isn’t just problems overseas—it’s happening in our own
backyards.
When sisters Nicole (16) and Rachelle (20) learned about this
heartbreaking reality, they were moved to action. Here’s the story of
the Freedom Ball and Fundraiser—taking place on April 21, 2012—in their own words:
Rachelle’s Story
When my mom got a fiction book about human trafficking from the library little did she think that I would look at it and become passionate enough about the subject to end up trying to do something about it. It’s a very intense subject—sex trafficking. I’m 20 and the thought of girls younger than me being forced into such a horrible life fills me with both indignation at the men who would use helpless girls and compassion for the victims.
I researched it, looked into different organizations, and wondered what I could do locally. I thought about contacting an organization and just talking to someone but all of the organizations that I could find were either focused internationally, in different states besides CO, or not decidedly Christian.
When my cousin told me about Mercy Project Colorado, it sounded like the perfect organization to talk to. Then my sister came up with the idea of holding a ball as a fundraiser. I thought it was a great idea! So here we are—12 days from our first ever fundraiser: The Freedom Ball. It’s been an exciting journey so far and I can’t see where God will take this small event! I hope you will join us in supporting this great work!
Nicole’s Story
It started the last week of January, when I was hanging out with my cousin and asked him, “What’s your passion?” When he told me, “Fighting sex trafficking,” I was stunned. I knew next to nothing about it. He said sex trafficking happens in the U.S. just like any third-world country. What’s more, he said a friend of his was starting to build a safehome called Mercy Project Colorado right near Broomfield (about an hour from me) for girls rescued to get Christian counseling, free medical care, and just basic help.
That evening, I began to do some research. Sex trafficking is a $58 billion industry in the U.S. affecting 100,000 to 250,000 children every year. But in all 50 states, there are only 10 safehouses for trafficking victims. I began to pray that God would show me how I could help. And while I prayed, the idea came, in a thought so clear, so obvious that it was eerie: “Host a benefit ball.” My first thought was, “What?! You’ve got to be kidding!” But God had given me a big goal in answer to my prayers. How could I back down now?
I decided that moment that no matter what it took, I would host this ball. For me, it was a crazy leap of faith! I had nothing going for me. I had no money and I’m sixteen. But the next day, my older sister said she’d help. After that, getting our mom’s permission was easy, and the Freedom Ball was launched!
Throughout the planning that has gone on since then, a lot of impossible things have happened, like someone donating a huge room for us to use that would usually cost hundreds of dollars! This project was built by prayer, and now we wait in eager anticipation (and a little nervousness!) to see what God will do with it. Please be a part of changing the lives of sex trafficked victims today!
We asked Nicole and Rachelle what rebelutionaries could to do help make the Freedom Ball a success. This what they told us:
- Make a donation to help build the home (”Any little bit helps! You don’t have to be a millionaire. We certainly aren’t!”).
- Sponsor someone to attend the ball (”If you can’t make it, you can help cover the $25 ticket for someone else.”).
- Pray for the ball (”We’ve already seen the power of fervent prayer, please join us in praying for success and increase awareness!”).
- Spread the word (”Send this to your friends, family, or church… Anyone who might donate. If they live in CO, encourage them to come!”).
We would add one more thing you should do: If you like Nicole and Rachelle’s idea, steal it!
I’m sure nothing would make them happier than to hear that other teens
were inspired to action by their example. In fact, I’m sure they’d love
to help you. You can reach them at freedomballfundraiser [at] gmail [dot] com."

Hello Everyone!
I received this email from the Rebelution, if any of you are not familiar with this website I encourage you to check it out at the link below...
I know that many of you do not live in Colorado, but you may be able to donate, or pray that there will be a positive response, and that they will be able to raise enough money and support, to get this off the ground.
This is a very touchy subject for some I know, but it is not a subject to be shoved under a rug...
We should spread the word that this is happening.
Because this is very REAL! And many girls are being wrongfully abused, because we choose to ignore the fact that sex trafficking is REAL and is going on daily, and it does not just exist in third world country's. Who knows it could happen in your own neighborhood.
~As April 21st approaches, please pray for this fundraiser to go well! ~
And please get involved, informed, and send out the word!
I hope you all have a wonderful night:)

Today as I sit & write...life is full of curiosity's
“Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive—it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we know all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there? But am I talking too much? People are always telling me I do. Would you rather I didn't talk? If you say so I'll stop. I can stop when I make up my mind to it, although it's difficult.”
~ Lucy Maud Montgomery
Life is beautiful.
Life is filled with surprises, some good, some bad...
But the imagination can always turn the bad into something interesting.
Spring is the perfect time for the imagination, it always make me feel so full of curiosity and gives me a feeling of unsettling joy.
There are some times when I want nothing more than to lie down in the grass and feel the rays of sunshine pour onto and into the pores of my skin, like liquid gold. And to forget about the presence of time.
And there are other times when I want to run and jump for the crazy loveliness of it all:)
What do you always feel like when spring comes along?
I would love to hear from everyone on this subject,
does it inspire you to be creative, romantic, or just plain nuts?...
:)
Do you have a favorite activity?
Do you love to go shopping for that perfect spring wardrobe,
or do you enjoy picnics, gardening,
reading that novel you must have read at least a dozen times, or do you like to just take a walk as the sun rises over the eastern horizon? Let me know:)
And I hope you all have a lovely day!

Yesterday was Easter, the day that my Savior Jesus Christ rose from the dead, and I thought I would share with you all a message we read (after our lovely family dinner) out of my favorite devotional, "Inspired Evidence" by Julie Von Vett and Bruce Malore
Basically this is what was written...
"Every detail of Scripture is recorded for a a purpose. All too often we read through many of the stories and historical accounts in the Bible without understanding the significance of the tiny details.
This is especially true when we do not understand the cultural customs of the day. One of those customs was how a guest handled his napkin during a meal. ( Yes his napkin!)
Banquets and meals in Middle Eastern culture were an entire evening affair. While eating, guests could come and go from their places, but servants cleaning up @ the banquet would not want to clear a place if the guest were to return. Thus a commonly followed custom was to fold the napkin if you planned to return, this signaled to the servants your intention of returning. If you did not intend to return, you would leave the napkin crumpled so the servants knew they could clear your place.
(this part is so cool:) )
After Jesus' resurrection, his disciples went into the tomb where they found the flattened burial cloths which had been wrapped around his body. But the cloth "napkin" which had been wrapped around Jesus' head was found lying in a crumpled, flattened pile. It had been neatly folded and laid aside, clearly signaling the widely known custom of the day, i.e., Christ was letting us all know- his intention to return! "
John 20:6-7 (NIV) And so Simon Peter also came, following him, and entered the tomb; and he saw the linen wrappings lying there, and the face-cloth which had been on his head, not lying with the linen wrappings, but neatly folded in a place by itself.
I found this so amazing, I hope you do as well!

Very Randomish
I feel like being very random today...
Has anyone ever felt just like randomly screaming? Or impulsively buying something? Or jumping on your bed and messing up all the blankets?
This is what I feel like doing today:) I know it is not very responsible, but it feels good to be childish sometimes:)
So this is what I have considered buying (impulsively) ;)
Yet I cannot decide on which is best...
These are my three favorite books, so it is very hard to choose...as you can see they are all quite awesome!!! :D
I found this cute quote from C.S. Lewis that I fell in love with....very make believe-ish...

Hello:)
Hello,
I haven't written in awhile I know, but I have a very good excuse...
at least I think I do:)
There has been some lovely weather lately(that is my excuse, tada!)...lol:)
I have a window open next to me and all I hear is the sound of the breeze running through the trees.
It's quite a peaceful sound:)
...Looking at shoes on one of my favorite websites, Anthropologie, they really are quite lovely:) These are my favorite!
The top ones are called Tango T-straps, isn't that an adorable name?!
So besides enjoying the weather, I have been hanging around with some of my best friends, and I am about to give baking lessons today...that should be fun (considering I am not much for cooking and baking)
I have been reading as well, I have just found another wonderful books. It is based off of Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet", and to tell the truth I always thought that "Romeo and Juliet" was a terrible story, not because they die in the end(I love books like that, something to cry for, do you know what I mean?)
but because of the way that they go... (at least Mark Antony and Cleopatra died together in each others arms)...But because I always thought that Romeo drinks poison (like a girl) and Juliet (has the guts to) stabs herself...Well anyways in Anne Fortier's modern remake of Romeo and Juliet set in Sienna Italy, there is a mystery, romance and, a family curse. This book still has my head spinning:) So anyways that is just a small update while drinking some chilled mint tea, it is really yummy:)
I will try putting up more updates soon along with pictures:)
Have a lovely day all of you lovely people!!!!
